We apply premium wax‑resin blended coating onto heavy‑weight denim fabric. The full workflow includes base fabric preparation, hot wax mixture coating via roller application, heat‑set curing to bond wax into denim fibres, cooling & polishing to strip excess wax, then proceed to red splash pigment washing, hand‑made ripping & fraying distressing, final garment washing and quality inspection. Two coating options are available: traditional paraffin‑beeswax blend for natural patina effect, or modern PU‑wax hybrid for stable bulk‑production consistency.
