Washed Reconstructed Jeans Style

This spliced raw edge panel denim pant is constructed with stretch twill denim fabric, blended with spandex to deliver consistent elastic recovery. The fabric receives pre-shrinking processing before cutting to minimise dimensional shift after bulk washing.
Garment construction uses horizontal panel segmentation cutting. Denim material is cut into separate horizontal strips along the leg, raw un-finished edges are retained on each cut seam without overlocking. Panels are reassembled and stitched with heavy gauge multi-needle stitching, exposing loose yarn fray along all horizontal splicing joints.
The base fabric adopts multi-stage pigment tie wash. Black pigment padding combined with selective gradient bleaching creates irregular wavy mottled grey-black patterns across the leg panels. Wash workflow consists of enzyme desizing, pigment fixation, controlled bleaching, neutral rinse and softener bath. This sequence balances colour fastness while retaining high contrast between deep black base and pale bleached grey areas.
